Since 1992, Enlightening has been the go to retailer for high quality projection systems and bespoke lighting designs. With an array of projects under our belt, some of our biggest, most recognised clients have returned to us with not only referrals and repeat orders, but high praise for the products themselves and our flexible turnaround. Not only can we meet the needs of a small fit out, but our scope of works include large-scale outdoor building projections. Enlightening is the exclusive Australian distributor of the Derksen range of lighting products, and has been since 1992, which makes us one of the very first companies to represent Derksen internationally. Derksen pioneered the use of gobo projection systems in the long term retail and commercial sectors by re-engineering the early theatrical gobo systems which only required short, intermittent usage. Derksen projectors have an unparalleled reputation for their sleek design and razor sharp graphic results, where many imitation products fall short.
Partnering with prominent lightning designers around the world, Derksen have received distinguished design awards and delivered countless projects to high critical acclaim and secured exclusive contracts with some of the world’s largest corporations.
From Castles in the Ruhr valley, the Côte d’Azur in France & shopping malls in Peru, it would be difficult to travel to a country that doesn’t have Derksen projecting its magic somewhere.
